About us

Quantum Garage implements a single ERP, Odoo Enterprise, and puts its whole practice into mastering it. Its place is the mid-sized company: established operations, with several departments running at the same time, that have outgrown what spreadsheets and single-department systems can hold together. That point calls for more than a standard installation —custom modules, integrations and compliance with Mexican tax rules—, and Quantum Garage covers it with its own implementation and development team. We were born in Mexico and know its tax rules inside out, an advantage for anyone operating there from any country.

How we work

• Assessment first. Before any setting is touched, the operation is understood: how an order comes in, who approves it and when it becomes an invoice. Odoo creates value when it reflects how the company works today and how it needs to work tomorrow.
• With the people who operate and the people who decide. An ERP transforms the company, and that transformation needs backing from the top: owners, general management and finance sit at the table, together with the people who run each process.
• The complete process before the perfect module. An ERP comes to solve the fragmentation between departments, and that takes the flow running end to end; depth comes after.
• What Odoo already ships comes first. Then what has already been built for Odoo, such as the group’s products, and custom development last: things get built where they are truly needed.
• Success is measured by how little you need us. Support is intensive at the start and tapers off as the team gains autonomy, with a defined exit goal.
• The method starts at home. Quantum Garage writes its own processes as policies, procedures and indicators, starting with sales, and the evidence lives in its own Odoo: we use the product we implement every day.

Who sits across the table

Our consultants are process specialists and industrial engineers, certified in Odoo 19 and with at least five delivered projects before they lead their own. That is why the conversation starts with the process, which is where an ERP is won or lost, and gets to the modules later.

We support our clients as they get certified in ISO 9001, 22000 and 14001, adapting the ERP to what each standard requires: traceability, supplier control and evidence that holds up in an audit.
