Methodology
Implementing an ERP does not start on configuration day or end on go-live day. That is why we support the company before, during and after.
An ERP creates value when it reflects how the company works today and how it needs to work tomorrow, and that comes from understanding the operation before configuring the system. That is why Quantum Garage’s methodology starts with the business process —how an order comes in, who approves it, when it becomes an invoice and where the data gets lost between one department and the next— and gets to the software later.
Before, during and after
- Quantum Ready, before go-live. It is for the company that wants to reach the implementation with its processes clear. The critical processes are put in order and documented while Odoo moves forward in parallel, without holding the implementation back: documentation happens along the way.
- Quantum Sequence, during the implementation. It is the heart of the project: it turns the assessment into an Odoo that runs the operation. It works in cycles, prioritizes what creates value from day one and reaches go-live with focus; it is a way of working, not a calendar promise.
- Quantum Success, after go-live. A system pays off when it becomes the normal way of operating. Quantum Success supports adoption and takes the team from “it’s installed” to “this is how we work”, measuring how well Odoo has been adopted and acting on whatever is needed.
The same order rules the whole journey: nothing is configured before it is assessed, nothing goes live before it is tested, and no team is left on its own before it is trained.

Support is intensive at the start and tapers off as the team gains autonomy, with a defined exit goal: success is measured by how little the company needs us. If full autonomy is not reached at some point, that is said plainly and a clear support arrangement is offered.
How it relates to our services
The methodology runs through the whole service portfolio. Quantum Sequence is at the center of the Odoo implementation, with Quantum Ready before it and Quantum Success after. Within the implementation it is decided what gets configured and what gets built: what Odoo does not ship is designed and built by Quantum Garage’s development unit, the Fábrica de Disrupción, in custom development, and the Mexican localization is ready to issue CFDIs, Mexico’s electronic invoices, before go-live. After go-live, Quantum Success continues in support and continuous improvement. And for a company that already runs Odoo, the upgrade to Odoo 20 takes its database to the new version with the operation protected.
