Odoo support and continuous improvement

After go-live, Odoo keeps pace with the company, with Quantum Garage's support and continuous improvement.

Building the system is half the job; the other half is keeping it alive. Odoo starts to pay off when it becomes the normal way of operating, and that is earned after go-live, with the team using it every day and a system that keeps pace with the company.

What it solves

The questions of the first weeks, the adjustments the real operation asks for, the process that changes because the company grew, the new Odoo version and the regulatory change that arrives during the year. A system nobody looks after falls behind the operation that uses it. And developing is not the problem; not maintaining is: a module nobody maintains holds back the upgrade of the whole database, because Odoo does not convert it until a new version of that module exists.

Who it is for

Companies that have gone live with Odoo Enterprise and want the system to keep pace with their operation: those just out of go-live and in the middle of adoption, those growing and adding processes, departments or companies, and those with custom modules that need to stay up to date.

How we work

The Quantum Garage team works with the context of each project, so that no request starts from scratch. The modules its Fábrica de Disrupción built stay alive after delivery: under active maintenance, they are fixed and kept compatible with Odoo versions.

After go-live, Quantum Success supports adoption: intensive at the start and lighter as the team gains autonomy, because success is measured by how little the company needs us.

What you get

An Odoo that keeps up with the operation: questions answered, adjustments made, improvements as processes change, and adoption measured until the team runs the system on its own. When a new version arrives, the upgrade to Odoo 20 brings the database there with the operation protected, and when the tax rules change, the Mexican localization is adjusted to them.

Where it matters most

In every industry, because every operation changes after go-live. In retail, each new store joins the same system; in e-commerce, each new sales channel, and in professional services, the projects that open and close every month.

The guides that explain it

The guide on how to implement Odoo in a mid-sized company explains what happens during stabilization and adoption after go-live. The Odoo 20 upgrade guide explains how the next version change is prepared, and the hosting guide, who runs backups, patches and upgrades under each option.

Industries where it applies most

  • E-commerceIn e-commerce the sale takes one click, and everything that comes after it, the invoice, the picking, the shipping label and the return, decides the margin.
  • RetailIn retail, every store sells, collects and invoices at its own point of sale, and the full chain only comes into view once the month has closed.
  • AgribusinessIn agribusiness, the real cost of each hectare and the traceability a foreign buyer asks for are pieced together by hand, after the season is over.

Frequently asked questions

What does support after go-live include?

The team’s questions, the adjustments the real operation asks for, improvements as processes change and adoption support with Quantum Success. Quantum Garage’s developments under active maintenance are fixed and kept compatible with Odoo versions.

What does Odoo's support cover, and what does Quantum Garage's cover?

During each version’s standard support, Odoo S.A. provides security updates, bug fixes and its helpdesk for its product. Quantum Garage’s support looks after the company’s operation in Odoo: its configuration, its processes, its custom developments and the team’s adoption.

Who maintains the custom modules?

Those built by Quantum Garage are maintained by its team under an active maintenance arrangement: it covers fixing errors attributable to its code and the technical adjustments needed to stay compatible with covered Odoo versions, and it does not include new features or third-party modules, as its terms and conditions describe.

How long does support after go-live last?

Until the team runs the system on its own. Quantum Success is intensive at the start and tapers off as the team gains autonomy, with a defined exit goal; if full autonomy is not reached at some point, that is said plainly and a clear support arrangement is offered.

What happens when a new Odoo version comes out?

A database on 19 keeps standard support until September 2028, so the move can be planned with time. The upgrade follows Odoo’s official process: first a converted copy of the database, then testing and finally production.

Do you support modules developed by another partner?

No. Under its terms and conditions, Quantum Garage does not evaluate, install, audit or support third-party modules, including code developed by other partners or providers and developments made directly by the client, in Python or with Studio.
